Custom date range not working

Hi all, 
 
We have recently encountered a problem toggling the custom date ranges on the "Reports" section of a project. 
 
When attempting to select a date from the calendar, the custom date section will close automatically. 
 
In one individual case as users calendar denotes "INT" instead of "W" for Wednesday. 
 
This seems to be widespread across our users, but only 1 individual experiencing the "INT" issue explained above. 
 
All other pre-determined time periods are operating without issue. 
 
Any help would be appreciated.
