As a developer, I have developed multiple extensions, Is it possible to published in BC marketplace?

Technically its possible, but as per Mohana Yadav's link, you will have to sign up as a Microsoft partner among other things.

Thanks everyone for your response. After go through, my understanding, I need to become a MS Partner before published extension.

To become a MS Partner, do I need to setup a company? Or developer can also become a MS Partner?

The answer is no. You first need to register a company and then apply to become a Microsoft partner.
