Good day,
Our financial year closed as at Sept2022, financial year runs Oct21-Sept22, I am trying to pull a HITB for the period Oct21-Dec21 but content of the report is only pulling transactions with a date of 9/30/2021 which is not the actual date. If I specify a date and site the date is still 9/30/2021.
If I use site ID, remove the date criteria the content changes with the actual date of the transaction..
Is this normal? Am I trying this too soon after the YE?

Thank you or using forums.
The HITB report should be pulling based on what you have entered for the report option. If you are using an existing report option ID, try to create a new report option as I have seen where an option ID might have become damaged and not pulling in the correct information. Also, if you are printing a modified report, try the original report to see what results you get.
The HITB report only pulls data from the SEE30303 table and does not look to any other year end close process when this report is generated.
