Cannot connect to AOS instance

Hi,

the AOS service has restarted correctly. But if i open Dynamics Ax Server configuration manager, I see there is no instance available in the Instance drop down menu..

What could have generated this issue? Any idea?

    Hi Win32,

    When installing the AX aos server original settings are stored in the Windows registry. So you will only see this. The drop down is intended to maintain multiple instances.

    Or maybe I don't understand your question correctly...

    Thank you for your help. Anyway, there has been some problem with the configuration utility. Some old configuration was accidentally loaded.

    So the path for the Ax bin directory was wrong and the utility was not able to fetch the available instances.
