Zetadocs Express issue - attachments not appearing in NAV screens

Support,

We are experiencing an issue in that with "some" vendors, when attempting to attach documents they attach (and are saved to Sharepoint), but do not appear in the attachment window. Nothing we have tried so far resolves the issue. We are currently running the version 5 of zetadocs.

Suggestions?
