Hi,

I'm new to Microsoft Dynamics Ax.

How do I get the training in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 - Trade & Logistics module? Also how can I access the training materials from Microsoft website?

    Hi Joseph,

    You will get microsoft training material in partner source. For that you should have PartnerSource access.

    You can find some information by searching on internet. Microsoft Official Training materials are subject to copyright and are not allowed to be shared. It is part of a customer and/or partner contract and not free available.

    You can find some courses offered by Microsoft online at the Microsoft Imagine Academy.

    Sign in, click Catalog at the top, and then Microsoft Dynamics AX.

    CustomerSource still has some materials available online.

    In particular, the Student Training Materials link still leads to downloadable documentation covering many topics and modules.

    The Dynamics AX certificate track can also be a good source of learning.  The practice test and training guides are a wealth of knowledge.  There are also many books published as study guides and practice kits.

    And last but not least, the Inside Microsoft Dynamics AX books are always a gem and some of the best available, though may not be the best for cutting your teeth on the product.

    You can learn Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 modules by either visiting the Microsoft Learn section or obtaining training from an individual training partner. Below are some of the links to help you out:

    2. Microsoft Dynamics AX Trade and Logistics Training

    For accessing training materials at Microsoft Website, you can check which sub-modules are free and get a copy of the same. If you're choosing a third-party training partner, they will provide you all the training materials included in the course.
