Is it possible to reschedule operation times when the batch has been started?

Hi,

Lets say that I have started a batch order that includes three individual operations 1,2, and 3.

During the process I found out that in operation number 2 the process takes much more time than planned and will sift also the schedule of operation 3.

Could I somehow change the plan so that the system could already take to account the comming error in schedule?

Hello,

I'm not sure where might be the catch of the question asked here, but I see no problem in having the scheduling re-run after updating the second operation details.

Below is a very simple scenario:

1. Have a production order for a given item with quantity of 200. Initial scheduling requires a total of 16 days to complete the production order, out of which operation 20 takes 7 days on a run time of 5 pieces per 1 hour.

2. Next, we update run time for operation 20 to 5 pieces per 2 hours:

3. After rescheduling the production order, observe that duration for operation 20 has doubled and operation 30 has been pushed further accordingly:
