hi all,

I have this error when i run the 1090 Job :

ApplySessionFileToClientDatabase encountered Exception. Error Details: System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was missing from the dictionary.
   in System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key)

Hi Nirvana,

Is there any customization?

Or you channel DB is upgraded?

All other jobs are working fine?

Hi Hassan,

Yes, there is the customization in my POS.

I use CU8 for my channel DB.

All other jobs work fine.

Only the job 1090 doesn't work.

Hi Nirvana,

Have you confirmed that the customized table are properly sync with channel DB as well?

If there is any difference in any table or even column length etc. then jobs will not sync.

Are you getting this error for all the stores or just one?

How to compare table and column length betwen AX DB and POS DB.

This error exist only for oe Store.

You have to ask your developer about it and get details which tables/column he/she has edited and changed.

In my case, my dev team always provide me a SQL script which I have to run on Channel db to sync up the tables and columns.

AX version : 6.3.5000.138 CU 12

POS version 6.3.1000.1910 CU 8
