Prepayment on GL account Purchase Order

Good Afternoon-

Trying to put a prepayment percent on a PO that has ONLY GL account lines.  It won't allow it, due to there being no General Product Posting Group.  It says the Gen Posting Setup does not exist.   It doesn't allow me to do a general posting setup with a valid Gen Bus Post Group and a blank Gen Prod Post Group.  The GL accounts don't have a Gen Prod Post Group.  How can I put a prepayment on this PO?

    Hi,

    Please mention any of the Gen. Prod. Posting Group in that GL Account which you mentioned in Purchase line. Also mention the Gen. Prod. Posting Group in Purchase Prepayment Account.

    It will work.
