Hi,

I'm having difficulty getting my Marketing List attached to my Powermailchimp Blast in Dynamics CRM.

I’ve created a template in Mailchimp.

In Dynamics CRM, I have synced with Mailchimp the Marketing List I want to use, and I have checked in Mailchimp that new members I’d added in CRM to the Marketing List have successfully been reflected in Mailchimp.

I’ve created a new Powermailchimp Blast in MS Dynamics CRM. I’ve filled in the Name, From Name, Subject and from e-Mail fields.

However, when I click on the ‘plus’ sign to attach an Associated Marketing List, and select the Marketing List I want from the pop up box that appears, click Add etc. The pop up just closes and no Marketing List appears in my Blast form.

I have successfully Selected a Mailchimp template further down in the Blast form.

We had the same issue, apparently there was some change to how lookup fields function in CRM.

We contacted PowerObjects who provided us an update which is working for us (3.0.0.2013)

As the previous poster explained, there was a call change which is included in our latest version. Please download the latest version from our PowerMailChimp webpage, http://www.powerobjects.com/powermailchimp. You can find directions on updating in this blog post.

Hello,

same problem for me today. I've updated my Powermailchimp version to the 3.2.3.2016, but it didn't fix it.

Any idea ?

Having the same issue.

Moved to D365 and installed 3.4.0.2016.

Created a new list and selected the Master list in MailChimp. Now cant sync the new list.

Has anyone had any joy installing PowerMailChimp?

Same issue with version 3.6.0.2016

Tried to update from version that was installed from MS App store - but got errors with URI or something.

Run clean install - everything looks good - but error still the same - not able to add marketing list to the Blast.

Please advise
