when using export to excel function we are not getting all the data from the columns.

There have been hotfixes to this feature over time. What version of AX are you using specifically? Check LCS for hotfixes.
we are using AX 2012 R2 kernel version 6.2.1000.4051 Application version 6.2.4000.4051, user is claiming it was available before. can you please provide some more info regarding the which hot fix will fix this
