Customer journeys

Posted on by 5

Hi,

I'm trying to design an interactive customer journey. If the contact fills in a contact-me form in email 1, I want to create a lead but keep them in the journey alongside the contacts who don't fill in the form.

True path - Send email 1 - contact fills in contact form - lead is created - send emails 2 - 5 anyway

False path - Send email 1 - contact takes no action so no lead created - send email 2 etc. Create a lead at whatever point they fill in the form, and then continue the journey

Is there a way we can return people who haven't filled in the form to the journey without creating another branch as above? Kind of a loop bypassing the create-lead tile and coming back in after wait. I'm quite new to this system so all tips gratefully received.

Yes, people won't get duplicate emails.

Thanks Leah, I thought not as I couldn't work out how it could be done, but thanks for confirming. I assume people won't get duplicate emails, as they can only take one path - yes or no.

    Hi C Ellwood,

Unfortunately, there are no other ways to achieve it without creating another branch as above.
