  1. I have created new menu item for opening sales order list page.
  2. I have not added this menu item to any menus.
  3. So the Navigation path is Blank.
  4. I am using this menu item in one of the customized forms.

Is there any way to add this menu item to Menu and still make it invisible in UI?

if you don't need to make form visible directly, there is no need to drag it under any menu(module)

Let it be operated indirectly i.e. being called from some other location via a menu item

If you have special requirement, to do it, as you mentioned, you may create two menu items for same list page. Let 1 menu item be inside any menu but don't give rights of this menu items to any user roles. Thus it will be hided from all normal users expect admin.
