Hello,

We are trying to post on social media via Real-Time Marketing. Currently, we are experiencing an error with the configuration of our social media account, as shown in the image.

We want to know if these features are not effective in real-time marketing or not. And also want to know if any new social media posting features are coming in near future from Microsost.

Could someone assist me with this, please?

Hi,

Social Media posts are not available in Real-time Marketing. As far as I know there is nothing on the roadmap as well, also not planned, i think the feature wasn't used enough in Outbound.

I believe there's a current issue with LinkedIn. I had a recent ticket and support said a fix was planned for February but I haven't seen any updates.

Is there still nothing planned for this? It would be cool to add something like this for LinkedIn. I've been using it a lot and my page is getting really popular. I did buy a few followers first, but it was worth it because I have a lot now. You can check top4smm and discover the details on how to boost your social media accounts.

As per the MSFT article, Social media posting with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/social-posting

The above article only applies to outbound marketing, which will be removed from the product on June 30, 2025. To avoid interruptions, transition to real-time journeys before this date.
