You told us almost nothing (except the joke with viper ;)). It's impossible to help you if you don't tell us enough about your problem.
When does it restart? On boot? Randomly? After some action? After exactly one hour?
What VM is it? What OS? When it started happening? And so on...
I only assume it's a demo VM with AX, otherwise you should go to a Hyper-V forum.
It seems most likely that it's the demo VM and it's restarting because of the expired activation.
Do an SLMGR /REARM in an elevated command prompt to reset the activation for the demo VM's. I believe the README covers this also.
You are right, I was just about to write something more but then I got disconnected from Internet.
What happened actually, I removed one Virtual machine from Domain, and wanted to rejoin this computer to domain again. Once I removed this from the domain and restarted the server. Since that time it is restarting after every 34 seconds
It doesn't sound like anything AX-related to me. Maybe some administrator will help you here, but this doesn't seem to be the best forum for this kind of problem.
