Can someone help me please to obtain Romanian language module for Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2017.

Hello Adrian,
Unfortunately, there is no Microsoft Romanian localization since NAV 2013. That means, no Romanian language module provided by Microsoft.
Though, you can contact local partners and check if they have developed the release you're looking for.
