Test types in employee development

Hello All,

Can you please help me to understand the usage of Test types under employee development.

is it just a entry and employee takes the test outside?

How the employee can edit this test result, I couldn't find any option from ESS to testtypes.

    Hi Subhransup,

    The test result can't be processed by employee himself. It is filled by Human resource person with relevant privilege, such as duty - "Enable maintenance of test history for a person".

    At the same time, the test status is not automatically judged by the score required, but can be manually changed. And the manager can view the whole test results for his team in the ESS workspace.

    If you want to employee to have access to enter the test results on the ESS and automatically generate the test status, you can submit an idea to Microsoft.experience.dynamics.com/.../

    Actually an employee doesn't have access to this page, only the hradmin can access to this page, in that case how the employee will enter the test result?

    Employee has access to ESS

    Also if you see hradmin can enter Score received( ex 70) less than  Score required to pass(ex 80) and still make status as pass.

    Set the type and frequency of tests, and record the test results of employees.
