Creating email templates

How do you create email templates these day?

If I go into the Advanced Setting I get into an infinite login loop.

In docs.microsoft.com there are instructions on how to create Word and Excel templates, and how to insert a template into an email in enhance mode, but do instructions I can find on how to build a template.

Anyone got any ideas?

    Hi Akash,

When you go into admin.powerplatform.com and go to the Settings | Templates

All the other template options offer the ability to create a New template.  Not the Emails though.  There is no New button in Emails

Hi Ian, I have tried this on my instance and a recent trial.  For me, they both work if you go via Advanced Settings.  On my instance I get a new button via admin.powerplatform.com, but there is no button on the recent trial.  You can get to the create screen by adding the url /tools/mailmerge/edit.aspx after your instance url.

    Hello Ian_Bourne_Cloud2020

An email template is attached to an email activity after it has been created. You can create email templates for all your users to use.

Step 1: Settings > Templates and then click Email templates.

Step 2: Select New. In the email template type dialog box open.

Step 3: In The template type list, select the type, and then OK button.

Step 4: Now we will open the email template form .Enter title and a description. In the subject field enter the text that you want to appear in the subject line of your email message sent to the user. Click Save.

Step 5: Enter the name of the Email Template. Click Save and close.

    Step 6: Added Email Template.
