SMS Table to capture responses in RTM?

Hi all, 
 
Please is there an official table to capture SMS replies (2 way integration with Telesign)? 
 
I know interactions can be exported. 
 
 
I want to be able to pick up a response and update a record in CE. 
 
Customer doesn't want to use consent center. Just the ability to use update based on the reply (keyword).
 
Kindly show the best way to achieve this with detailed steps/screenshots.
