Return Sales Order not effect loyalty points / loyalty program is not working

Hello ,

i had set up a loyalty ( Schema ,Program , Payment Method , Loyalty Card , ... all things that is needed to earn points in loyalty program) it is working and when i am registering a sales order that meets the earning rule conditions , points are calculated and earning correctly .

but i have 2 problems here :

1- When i am registering Return Sales Orders , i expect the points corresponding to a specific Sales Order that i returned it , must be removed from the points related to the Loyalty Card . i mean for example my loyalty card number is LC0001 and my Sales Order number is SO-0003342 the point that are earned in this Card with this SO is 100 points , after that i will register Sales Order Return for this SO , therefore for this Card , points must be subtracted from the Card .

but this subtraction is not done . MY QUESTION IS what i must do ?

2- i have one Loyalty program that earning points are calculating correctly , but when i am creating one another loyalty program it is not working in calculating points when i am registering SO , all things and settings are exactly the same in Loyalty Card,Loyalty Program Tiers , Schema Settings and everything else , but for one loyalty program it is working and for one another it is not working .

my question is that in this situation what i must do ? all things are the same in these two loyalty programs and loyalty Schema but one of them is not working , why ? what must be checked ?

1) Try to check with normal Sales n Returns via POS sales and see the loyalty points results.

2) Have you replicated the newly created loyalty scheme to store DB? If not, it will not work.

What is your AX version?

2)yes ,I replicated the newly created loyalty scheme as new loyalty scheme . but i don't understand what do you mean with store DB?

my ax version is AX2012 R3

I mean outlet channel database.

Can you attach the loyalty scheme screen shot which is not working?

Have you tried performing normal sales return (cash return) at POS application and seen the loyalty points deduction at HQ?

these are pictures of loyalty program that is working , but any other loyalty that i defined is not working..

This looks perfectly alright.

Try to replicate the Loyalty Job again and check the working.

There is no additional setups to it.
