Custom channel activity for custom tile getting created with delayed time of almost days

Hello,

I have created a custom tile which can be successfully include in customer journey , once the customer journey with the started date is made line the expected behavior is custom channel activity will get created automatically with few minutes of delay , but here the custom channel activity is getting created at random time which is almost delay of days (checked the starttime of the customer journey) , anyone facing the same issue ?, it was working fine previously

    Hi,

    I have not experienced such long delays in my use.

    I’d like to know how was the custom tile set. For example, set with plug-in or Flow.

    It is appreciated if you provide screenshot of the swim lanes in the Customer Journey.

    Also, please check the actual start time of Journey which is highlighted in the following image.

    Appreciate your reply,

    Custom channel is set for plugin. but at the moment I have disable the plugin for further processing as custom channel activities(which are created automatically in back-end) are triggered at random time.

    Also don't have any swim lane within the customer journey. Also the creation on custom channel activity is very random, not all custom channel activities are created at same time though for same customer journey 

    Here is the screen shot timeline

    The issue was resolved same weekend , as there was an upgrade from Microsoft.
