Is there a default test user in D365 F&O?
I mean user account that I can assign roles to test the outcome

You can test it directly in the Dev VM itself.Or by Creating non-admin user to which we can assign roles.

Hi Kareem,
You need to create an own user in Azure AD which you can use in a Dynamics 365 test environment. There is no built-in test user.
