Reverse License Plate Error

In the client's environment (2012 CU11), I am unable to reverse a license plate after reporting it as finished.  The errors read as follows:

- One or possibly several dimensions have been changed and are no longer identical to the ones on the original receipt reference.

- A return can only be made from the dimensions specified on the original receipt. To make the return possible, transfer items to the original dimensions and perform the return.

I have attempted to reversal both with and without cancelling the associated putaway work and get the same result each time.  I have checked my dimensions and the LP I am attempting to reverse and I can't find a problem, no dimensions are changed between RAF and attempting to reverse the LP.  I am wondering if this is perhaps a setup issue, and help would be appreciated.

    What is the Status of your Production Order?  Is it "Report as Finished"?

    Hi Narasimha, thank you for the response.  I have attempted the reverse license plate function with the order in both 'Started' and 'Reported as Finished' statuses.

    To follow up on that, I've also attempted it after RAF from the full screen and from RF.

    Hi Richard, yes we were able to resolve with Hotfix KB 3181075, released 7/26/2016.
