D365 Enterprise : How to raise service ticket with D365 Team

Hi,

In office 365 admin, we were able to create a ticket for Office 365 issues, is there a separate location where we need to raise a service ticket for an issue related to non-activation of a particular feature - Relationship Insights.

    You would open the ticket in the same place as Office tickets.

    Go to Office 365 Admin Center.

    Click on Support -> New Service Request

    On the right hand pane, under Need Help enter the content of your issue (such as "Dynamics 365 Relationship Insights").

    This will populate the view solutions area. Click on these aren't helpful. which will show the Let us call you pane.

    Enter your phone number and have MS call you.

    Seems like this is the new way of submitting support requests.

    Not that Dynamics 365 Support is available M-F 6AM to 6PM Pacific Time.

    Try it out.

    Not sure if this is worldwide, but at least in the US it seems like MS has changed their way of providing support for Office 365.

    Hi,

    Finally got through with the issue - Relationship Insights missing from Dynamics 365 navigation. It seems to be known issue. I raised the Service Ticket Via Office 365 Admin and they called me back within 2 hours. Via remote session they resolved the issue.

    It is really better experience to raise a service request via admin panel rather than calling the telephone number and just to hear the IVR.

    Can you confirm if the service ticket you raised was based on the following

    community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-create-a-support-request-for-dynamics-365-issue-from-office-365-admin-portal

    or did it change and you got a callback after your entered your description in the Need Help section (or clicked Let us Call you).

    I am interested if this change is in US Only or Worldwide.

    Hi,

    I just went to the Office 365 Admin, Support > New Service Request > Nee Help Description After the system assigned an engineer, it went on to forward the request to the D365 Engineers and I received a call after 2 hours. Learnt that it is a known issue.

    Dynamics 365 relationship insight not configured even after the necessary settings are put in place. I created a community help request, but yet to get any response.
