Unable to add a cost center to the attendance sheet

Dear Experts,
Unable to aad the Cost center in the attendance sheet form and it shows in disable mode only.
could you please hep me on this matter.

    Can you verify if this is a customization, partner add-on or ISV solution? The form and some of the used terminology is not standard. (e.g. the word Attendence is misspelled and the label description doesn't start with a capital)
    As I can't verify the details, I'm not able to guide you. Probably you can reach out to the developer or your partner for some guidance.
