Two Different Security Group Access the single Dynamic Instance

Hi Everyone,

I have a one requirement, How to access the multiple office 365 security groups the same dynamic 365 instances. It's possible. Here the problem is I have already added the one group into the instance. But another department also wants to access the Same instance. How to separate two departments in a single instance.

Why is this so complex

Because now with the team member license customers create a security group team members and a security groep sales enterprise so in office it is clear to adminstrator wich license is set for each security group

Now we have a problem because you can't have more then 1 security group. And if we do not use this then the D365 environment will have more users then tha actually have because without the group everyone is a User.

We can control it with roles but that is not how admin works

Hi Vetrivel,

A Dynamics 365 environment has the capability to have just one security group associated with it. If a Dynamics environment has a security group associated with it then only the users part of this security group will be able to access the environment.

You can use Security architecture like Business Units and Organizations.
