Need to reschedule Started Production order

Hello,

We often need to reschedule Production orders that are "Started" and we can not figure out how to do this in AX.

Problem:

Only the "Delivery" date can be edited.

What we have tried:

Toggling the Locked for rescheduling button, then scheduling...forward/backwards/etc.

Questions:

  • Can the Start date manually be updated?
  • Are Production orders in "Started" status able to be rescheduled?

    HI Silva,

    Once you reschedule, When you start production, You can specify on the start date. which is your actual start date.

    Production order once started can be re-scheduled by re-set status and schedule again.

    Just go to Production Control Parameters and check Job Schedule status on the Started status row, Then go to the Production Order and you will now be able to Re-schedule any started order. 

    Please test it before going to PROD.
