Workflow not triggering in background mode

Hi,

I have a workflow that is working fine in real-time, but will not trigger in background.  I have switched between the two modes multiple times with the same results.

The workflow trigger is on change in Status Reason for a custom entity.  Scope is organization.

I have two other background workflows in the same solution that trigger on other fields and work with no problem.

This is not a major issue, since I'm able to run in real-time, but it does seem odd to me.  Has anyone met this before?

    Its backgroud workflow and sometime it take longe time becuase this is async actvity so wait for some time. Also, deactivate this and try to create a new workflow on the same event and check if it will work or not for you
