Transfer Order "Receive" button is disabled

Hi Good day!

I have a problem of receiving the items in Transfer Order, the status is already "SHIPPED" however, when I am about to receive the TO, the "Receive" button was disabled.

I really don't know where to check it first since the items has been shipped already. Anyone can help mw with this?

Hi Sony Boy,

Do you have some restrictions/rules in place that prevent your user from receiving?

In other words, if another user opens the form, does he/she see the button active?

Hi Ludwig,

Appreciate your response to my question, we don't have any restrictions especially in the item receiving of transfer orders. But I noticed that, items is not completely ship to other warehouse because Transit warehouse is empty, though the status is shipped but the item was remained in the original warehouse. Maybe that's the reason why the receive button is disabled.

I think you are correct. from the screenshot, the shipped qty are all blank which means there is real shipment.

Do you have any customizations in this area?

If the status is showing as Shipped then are there any inventory transactions related to it?

Can you reproduce the scenario in test environment? - if Yes then ask your developer to debug it.
