We tried to upgrade crm2016 to crm365 v9, but without luck, so we did a backup/restore to v9 instead, and this went ok. Our 2016 was installed with the list component towards sharepoint, and we now have to use the server based integration. Both crm and sharepoint are on-premise.

When I start the integration wizard, it doesn't ge

t very far, it stops and spins after the "Define deplyment, then after that nothing happens.

When i press Prepare sites, this is what I get, and it goes on forever.

Has anyone seen this behavior before? and if you did, did you solve it?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Steen,

I hope you are well and safe.

My first suggestion is to proceed with Platform traces collection in verbose mode, so we can get a better picture about what is happening behind the scenes.

Hi Gustavo. I enabled logging as the first thing, and it logged nothing at all, I also checked the event log, same there, nothing logged, it's like the request never reaches CRM at all. We tried to do the same on the "Basic" organization, and this one continues to page 2 in the wizard, so it has to do with the upgraded version of CRM I am quite sure.

    Ok Steen,

Well, if the tracing log files are not saying nothing, try to collect a Fiddler trace (www.telerik.com/fiddler) and identify if network traffic is starting at least.

Moreover, if need further help, I suggest you to open a ticket with Microsoft Dynamics 365 support.

    Hi Gustavo

I think I will open a support case with Microsoft, this is a complicated issue, not easy to solve I guess. Thanks for your help.

    Regards Steen
