I am not certain this is the right forum, but maybe someone could assist. I have users that are unable to log into their FRx Report Designer 6.7.9111. They are prompted to select a company, login, and then it throws them back to select a company. The users will just get prompted to select a company. The status in the lower left corner says "Reading Company.." briefly and then the prompt to select a company pops up again.

Usually this means there is a .lck file in the shared sysdata folder or the sysdata may be corrupt. I would check in your sysdata folder to see if there are any files in there ending with an extension of .lck. If there are, delete them.
If that doesn't resolve the issue try restoring the sysdata folder back to a day when FRx last worked.
