Regarding the first issue you raised, we think you can use the /audit/ function of the system, here are some brief steps. Step1, go to PPAC -> Select your environment -> Settings -> Audit and logs -> Audit Settings Step2, select /Start Auditing/. Step3, Try to add some records in the subscription list and then delete, simulate user subscription and unsubscription. Step4, go to PPAC -> Select your environment -> Settings -> Audit and logs -> Audit summary view, you can see the records that are added and deleted. Regarding your second question, I asked and researched and found that the /Members/ tab of the /Subscription list/ shows the /Contact view/, you can customize the view to meet your needs.
