Hi Everyone.

I hope that you can lead me to the right way,  i am newbie person using NAV 2015 and i dont figure out how to fill a field with the Developer Environment.

I have created 2 new fileds within the DB and now i am using them in the page for purchases but i dont know how to get the value from another table in automatic, until now all that i could do is get the values but i need to display the options to select it.

and i need fill that filed automatic.

In the properties control in the files i use the option "TableRelation"

IF (VAT Retention=CONST(RETIVA10)) "VAT Posting Setup"."% Ret. VAT" WHERE (VAT Prod. Posting Group=FIELD(VAT Retention))

    Hi Roberto,

From what I can understand, you have added 2 fields, one of which contains a drop down.

When I select the value in drop down then automatically second field should be filled with some value.

    You can do this.

On the first field set the table relation property to get the drop-down from whichever table your want.

On the same field there is an OnValidate trigger which will contain code to automatically set the second field.

Let me know if you need further help.

You create the field as FlowField of type Lookup and use that formula on it.  Please check below link for more information
