Performance issue after 10.0.30 Update at UAT Environment

hello,

we have an issue at performance very slow while opening grids and open details of form after update 10.0.30

for example: while opening all purchase order form, view detail and filter on specific PO.

form take too long time to open (no error message appears).

have anyone faced that issue

This slowness might be caused by internet and you should observe the slowness when you open a form at first. Subsequently, the form should load faster.

Did you by any chance tried visiting the url in private window or using in cognito ?

Yes i tried ,That issue face all users and i tried more browsers and that not fixed the issue

Issue appears only with forms that have grid for example reports working fine

Thanks Nuno for your respond,

that KB hotfix cannot be applied to our environment because we have a higher service update and feature "Saved views performance enhancement" already disabled like KB define .

FWIW we're facing the same problem - we've timed it at 10x slower since 10.0.30 went in and none of the quality updates since have fixed it. So, watching with interest...

As we will not have much control on UAT db, I suggest you to raise a ticket with Microsoft. They will be able to check the performance and suggest for workarounds.

Using trace parser, you can check the method consuming maximum time when the form is opened. This would be handy when you discuss the issue with Microsoft.

Is grouping enabled on grids? It could be the grouping feature that's causing the slowness. I've seen that happen when the grouping feature was first rolled out a couple years ago. We elected at that time to not use grouping because of the performance degradation it caused.

thanks for your respond,

Grouping in grids is a mandatory feature we cannot disable it.

and we open forms with standard view and there is no saved view with grouping.

we also reset data usage and personalization on form.
