CRM Dynamics Tile takes me to Power Platform admin center

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can exmplae the recent changes made to how users log in to CRm Dynamics.

The majority of my users have a book mark saved for logging in, some of these book marks are pointing to older versions which I need to tidy up (if there is an easy way to do this please let me know) but this morning I logged in as the admin, i have always gone to office.com as I use the outlook online app etc and I click on the Dynamics 365 app. This has now changed to "CRM" which isnt a major issue. When i click on the tile or the app it takes me to Power Platform admin center. I can choose the environment I want and open it, so far so good.

However, when i log in as a user who does not have admin access, all of the above still happens but I dont have the ability to choose an envirnment, its just a blank screen. As a user i can see details such as storage space, data integration etc, things I dont want them to have access to.

if there is anyone that can help with this i would be very very grateful. Screenshot below shows what I see as a user.

    Hello Jason,

Thank you for reaching Dynamics Community.

The feature you are looking for is now deprecated. Effective April 2021, the home page for Dynamics 365 applications (https://home.dynamics.com) is deprecated and won't be available on or after May 2021. The Microsoft 365 apps page (https://www.office.com/apps) will replace it and provide users with a single page for productivity and business applications.

Please check the below article for more details :

    Hi,

As Arshad mentioned, home.dynamics.com is deprecated.

You should now see the apps in:

    https://www.office.com/apps (Business Apps section):

Users, can also pin the apps for their ease (click on All Apps -> Others and then pin the app you like):

App is pined to the Launcher:

Thank you both for your response. I panicked on Friday when I thought it had disappeared!!

Yes, So I can now see the business app section and the apps available there so I have instructed my users to follow this to take them to the correct location.

    Thank you both again.

    Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to follow up on something Jason mentioned because I'm having the same issue with our users.

We not have a new icon in our app dropdown with the Dynamics logo called CRM.  All of our users have this and it directs them to the Power Platform Admin Center.  A non-admin user doesn't have the ability to do anything from that screen but nonetheless it's annoying having them click on a CRM logo and end up in the admin portal.  Anyway to correct the link or just remove it without having every single user select "unpin"?

    Thank,

    Chris

This would be great if there was a way to remove the tile from the list.

It might be down to licensing and if the users are on power automate free or not but would be great to learn this.
