Mexican Peso Currency Exchange Rate not updating

Hello,

We are on NAV 2016, using the standard NAV Exchange Rate Update services. The exchange rate for all currencies get updated EXCEPT MXN - Mexican Peso. We deleted and re-entered the currency for MXN in NAV to see if that addresses the issue but it doesn't. There seems to be some issue with the Exchange Rate Update services. Has anyone else experienced this issues?

    Thank you for the reply. We are using the Yahoo Exchange rate service url. The issue was that in the url, the Mexican currency was set to MXP instead of MXN and although in NAV, the currency code was set correctly, the url had the old/incorrect currency code and so it wasn't updating, Once we changed the currency code on the url to MXN, it started updating correctly.

    It depends on the update service you are using. One option is that this service does not provide (temporarily or at all) the MXN currency rates. Another option is that the currency code the service is using for this currency is different from what you have set in your system.

    You need to check with the service if there is MXN option. What URL you are using for this?

    Make sure the service you are using is providing the exchange rate for that currency. Which service URl you are using for updates ?
