Worker eligible/ineligible for Rehire

Is there an explicit way to label a worker ineligible/eligible for rehire during termination. I know under termination a reason code can be specified but I was wondering if there is a specific area to input eligible/ineligible.

    Hi Hanzaba,

    There is no standard support to stop rehiring based on conditions. However I think it can be achieved using eXtensible Data Security (XDS). This needs to be developed.

    With this XDS it is possible to restrict creating a new employment based on some conditions specified in a query. You can then add e.g. some reason codes which are not allowed to rehire the worker.

    I see, thank you! I guess an alternative I can think of is doubling the reason codes. One for eligible and a second for ineligible.

    Example....

    Reason code:        Description:

    Career_E                Career change eligible for rehire

    Career_NE             Career change not eligible for rehire

    etc...

    Unfortunately, customization is not an option at this point.
