Visual Studio 2019 D365 Plugin Deployment Error: Deploy or Update operation Failed.

I am trying to deploy a plugin via Visual Studio 2019 but it fails to deploy with only the following message: Deploy or Update operation Failed.

The full log can be seen below.

Hi,

Did you check the RegisterFile.crmregister to see if it has correct steps listed?
