please somebody helps me to display message in a customized control in the form of Inventjournaltable.

i need to provoke this error instantly once there is no funding rule but i dont know the exact class that shows up this error.
please help
The message you indicated is returned by the Project Funding Engine. The message may not to be appropriate to the scenario you are describing. This error message indicates all funding rules have been processed and there still remains an amount with has not been allocated during a business process which is allocating project base revenue. It is not the result of a rule not being define. Although that is one condition which will cause the this message to be returned.
