SSRS installation issue in AX 2012 R2

We are facing an error while opening the SSRS report from AX 2012 R2 after successful installation and configuration of SSRS. We followed the steps as provided in Ax Installation an Configuration Guide and also take help from the Technet. We installed SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting services and configure the reporting server through SQL configuration utility and faced no issue. We also have done the Report Server setups under Ax after installing the Reporting Service extension, validation also got successful.

All the reports got deployed through powershell and same have been checked in report server.

Then also while we are trying to open the report from Ax we are facing the following error -

"Error while setting server report parameters. error message: an error occurred while executing oninit: the report execution failed to start. verify that report extensions have been installed or are configured correctly. Please consult your administrator or documentation (rsErrorInOnInit)"

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Could you run this diagnostics and let us know if it reports everything as OK?

Can you please disable UAC on both the server running the Reporting Sever and the server running the AOS serving the report data?

Disabled the UAC then restarted the boxes and now we are getting the below warning, and still unable to run the Reports.

    One question,

IS there any server hardening that is done to prevent the admin share on the report server?

Reason : The report deployment needs absolute admin rights on the reporting server.

Check whether this is happens ?

--> Open the AOS machine run ReportServerName\C$ with the same user credentials you are trying to deploy. If this fails all the report deployment fails but validation will still be successful.

IF you are not able to access from the AOS server to the report server in above mentioned manner,

Please contact your network administrator to get the exception under the GroupPolicies to enable admin share for this user on the pirticular server

Please make sure your default report server is pointing at the correct AOS under Report Server Configuration inside of AX.

Also add the -Verbose to the Test, just to make sure it is testing the correct instance.

    Test-AXReportServerConfiguration -Verbose

Go through the "Before you begin"-section in this article:

    Keep us posted. :)

I followed all the steps given in the "Before you begin" section as per your suggestion.

But still I am facing the same issue when I am trying to open the reports from AX, check the below screen:
