Reporting Services Extensions installation error

I prepare 1 server for database server where I use SQL 2012 and 2 as Application object server for Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 R2. I was trying to install Reporting Services Extensions and got some error message during 2nd checklist prerequisites. Then I prepare 3 computer and try to install Reporting Services Extensions the installation finish with Reporting Services Extensions installation error status. Here is the installation log,

    Please try to refresh the WCF settings in your client configuration utility and check for any errors.

    Also perform the FUL CIL to know about more errors, if any error comes please solve.

    Still if you are popup with the errors please do the following:

    1. Stop the AOS.

    2. Delete all of the source in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsAX\bin\XppIL directory.

    3. Start the AOS.

    4. Perform a full CIL generation.

    5. Finally refresh the WCF settings and check.

    Also ensure you are using the BC account configured in Dynamics AX to run the Reporting Service.

    You can check the BC account under System administration > Setup > System > System service accounts.

    This BC account should run the Reporting Service.

    Hi there

    We faced the same issue during the Reporting Services extensions component installation.
    On the prerequisites validation results there was a warning "Computer restart pending" which we ignored but in the end that was the source of the issue.
    Restarting the server resolved the WSDL URI accessibility error.
