Error Mobile device PUT Location

Hi,

I have a SO:

1 line--> item:GC002 qty: 2PL

2 line--> item GC-Var qty:3 each

2 continer for my item

My Location directives:

WORK--> The first line my work is close

The second line i have the prolem with my mobile device, AX don't put in Loc 500-Pack

Hi,

I would pack my products, but I have two problems:
1) The container closes automatically, just do it with the mobile device Outbound> Sales Picking.

2) In the first line, the work is closed, while the in the second line, the mobile device gives me error

I have a SO:

while in the first line the work is closed, but the container closes automatically

Dear g.casillo,

As per my suggestion the final location should be baydoor and packing should be in the middle.

So you should create the work template as

1. Pick (Fixed Location or Bulk)

2. Pack (Staging)

3. Baydoor (Final Shipping Location)

if you cannot do this please make sure WMS parameter final shipping location is matched with your location directive directive action edit query location profile selection.

why the first line my work was closed while, in the second line, my work status is in process? I have a problem with my mobile device, It doesn't put my item in LOC 500-Pack. Now i edit my work template and now i make new SO.

Hi Giovanni,

It seems like it could be related to the unit. What are the settings for the put location directives? Do you have restrictions per unit?

I restrict by location because my unit item are PL and EA.

I would pick my item, to put in Pack location and then to transfer them in baydoor location to shipping.

my work tamplate:

My pick directive location:

first line (Restrict by unit)

2. Second line (NO restrict by unit):

Pack Location PUT

BAYDOOR LOCATION PUT

MY SALES ORDER:

with mobile device--> Outbound>Sales Picking

Suggest Location is 1 (Pack Location) but if I push Ok --> Location type is invalid. Invalid location. And than i put BAYDOOR/2/, but i inserted Stage-001 and the work is completed..why? i wold my item in Pack Location

Hi,

In the work classes form (setup area) you can specify valid put location types. Have you linked the location type for work class "SO pick"?

I see you are using the demo database/machine? Are you mixing up settings for location profiles PACK and STAGING?
