how to upgrade field service from 6.2.0 to 8.0 or latest version in dynamic 365 online unified interface
When you navigate to port.crm4.dynamics.com/.../InstancePicker.aspx , select your instance and click on "Solutions". Do you see a solution "Field Service"?
it saying no instance found with this id
Do you use D365 OnPremise or Cloud?

my current field service version 6.2.0 .if i install latest one then existing version is remain or upgraded ?
My understanding is it has to be done by Powershell or MS support.
