    Hi Susritha,

You can use Entity Forms and Entity Lists.

If you create an Entity Form for example, and you set the Mode to Insert, when the user clicks on the Submit button it will execute the logic that you have for Create.

Also, it also provides additional settings.

If you use Entity Lists, you can add View Actions (under Grid Configuration section).

Your view actions can be Create, and your Item actions can be Details, Edit, Activate/Deactivate or Workflow to call a workflow.

Also, you can call Custom Actions through Liquid.

We highly recommend users to migrate to PowerUsers community for new Portal questions:

    powerusers.microsoft.com/.../PowerAppsPortals

    ------------

Please take a look at the web API operations, calling actions or workflows are not yet available, but this is in the roadmap and will be available at some point

I would suggest "On-Demand Workflow" instead of "Action" where you can add your custom logic and pass values via some custom entity field.

For Entity Form, under "Additional Settings" you can add action "Workflow" and select respective workflow.

For Entity List, under "Options" tab you can add item action "Workflow" and select respective workflow.
