As we all know Microsoft is ending Internet Explorer Browser support in coming months, and that's the reason we have migrated CRM Dynamics 365 (on-premise) components from Silverlight to Angular. We are also using Ms. Dynamics Customer Care Accelerator Tool for Call Center support. In this tool, with the help of Microsoft libraries (uii.crm) User Interface is integrated. So our question is Do we need to make any upgrades in CCA application as well? Is there any dependency with Internet Explorer Browser in Customer Care Acceleration tool (CCA) ?
