Is there any way were you look up a vendor transaction history by Date that the most recent would come to the top instead of scrolling through years of data to see your last transaction with them?

In the latest version of GP the "Payables Transaction Enquiry" window has been improved so you can do exactly that however this isn't the case in older versions. (see below)
If you are using an earlier version the best thing you could do would be to create a smartlist on "Payables Transactions" and order the data by clicking the date column.

Thank you for the information. I think it's time to upgrade that's for sure. The smart list is a good idea, but still not as quick as just clicking the top Date line to resort.
One further thought on this would be to use the navigation panes. You can save user specific ones as well and they are slightly more accessible from the home page.
