Dears,

We have upgrade ax2009 to ax2012 r3, we note that the label file only contains EN-US language while the all the languages in the license information are enabled (Especially Arabic in our case) ,

so all label files just has one language .

could you please help

Do you mean labels from Microsoft, such as @SYS? In that case, you forgot to select "Foundation Labels" model during installation. You can import it as any another model file (you'll find it somewhere on the installation disc).
