How to stop appointments created in Outlook from syncing into Dynamics

When we create an Appointment in Outlook it is automatically syncing an creating an Open Appointment in Dynamics which we do not want. Are we able to turn that sync off?

Hi,

Are there any flows in your environment to synchronize outlook's newly created appointments into Dynamics?

Have you enabled server-side synchronization of the appointment for your CRM mailbox?
And then create appointments in Outlook using the Dynamics 365 for outlook add-in?
This will synchronize the appointment records to Dynamics.

We do not have any flows setup and appointment synchronization has been turned off. You can see below that all profiles are set to the same settings but while my appointments do not flow to Dynamics, my team members do.
