We want to customize MPOS for tax calculation.We have a customize item price field for tax calculation only, so that we can calculate tax according country legal requirements .Is there any possibility to achieve this functionality through MPOS extensions development?

Yes, you should be able to customize your tax calculation.

I will have to let the community provide more specifics, but there are ISVs that customize the entire tax experience.
