I have a client and due to some very complex cost recovery they do via data loaders I have created and loaded just over 10,000 allocation rules across 5 legal entities.
Is there a way Out of the box that you can either create a mass number of batches (the system does 1 batch per rule) and then run all batches at once?
Or is there a way we can run all the rules at once per legal entity ?
1 - Reduction of allocation rules. I'd like to know more about the number of rules.
2 - Have a developer write a batch job that can process multiple allocation rules in one go. Possible threaded so the allocation rules can run at once, but not all at the same time.
Regardless of process, running 50.000 (10.000 X 5) batch jobs or batch job threads is not something that I would recommend.
This is a VERY BAD idea, just my two cents.
